We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. All Crumpler bags come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects to ensure your gear lasts as long as your adventures.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition with tags attached.
How should I clean my Crumpler bag?
We recommend spot cleaning with lukewarm water and a mild detergent. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as this can damage the weather-resistant coatings and hardware.

Are Crumpler bags waterproof?
Most of our bags are constructed from highly water-resistant materials like 1000D Nylon or waxed canvas. While they protect against heavy rain, they are not submersible.
